Do I need a PC?

Do I need an app on my phone?
The viewer runs in a compatible phone browser and can be saved to the home screen. Browser features vary by device.
What about SteamVR?
SteamVR content requires a SteamVR installation and compatible PC VR software. The website preview cannot install or launch it.
